• How can i return a defective toy?

No man's party is very much about quality. The production process of our toys requires complex process handling. After the production is completed, a very strict quality inspection is required.

Nevertheless, we found that there is still damage during the shipping process.
If you receive a product that is damaged. Please contact us in time. We will make a return or refund for you.

 

• I don't have the receipt any longer. Can i still return the product?

You can provide your payment receipt and order receipt from no man's party.
