What is yor return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. Our policy is firm: any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

What if an item is defective?

If the item you received is defective, send us a message with your order number and we’ll get it sorted for you ASAP. A defective product will include, but is not limited to, the following issues:

Can I modify/cancel my order after placing it?

Orders placed on No man's party are processed and labelled immediately to ensure the quickest possible delivery for our customers. Once placed, orders and shipping methods cannot be modified or canceled, so check out carefully.
